Movie Loft Art was born on the second and last floor of an elegant historic building from the 1700s, right in the center of Ascoli Piceno in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) and about 200 meters from the enchanting Piazza del Popolo.

The property has been recognized as an asset of historical, cultural and landscape interest by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, and has been the subject of a major conservative recovery and a recent and complete renovation.

A real Loft of about 55 square meters in American style, modern and welcoming, with designer furnishings and pieces of true history, which combine with harmonious art compositions, for a maximum total of 4 guests; the loft consists of a living room kitchen with a sofa bed for one and a half, a full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
